When we run together, change catches up faster.
Our Team
Tanja- 3BS:
Big Heart, Big Ideas & Big “Honestly… who said we can’t actually fly?” Energy
Tanja is the kind of person who turns every idea into three new ones before you even finish your sentence. A psychologist, young researcher, nonprofit founder, future author, movement enthusiast, and professional “let’s just do it” person — she somehow lives in five different worlds at once and brings energy into all of them.
She is also the founder and leader of a nonprofit organization for FND in Slovenia, driven by a strong mission to raise awareness, support patients, and create change where it is most needed.
And while she claims she doesn’t believe in horoscopes… she radiates unmistakable Leo energy — warm, expressive, creative, slightly dramatic in the best possible way, and naturally the person turning ideas into action. She is both an extrovert and introvert at the same time: equally capable of leading a room full of people or disappearing for hours into writing, research, or a new creative obsession.
She moves fast, thinks big, creates constantly, and brings the energy that pushes Let Ideas Run beyond being just an idea.
Daša — 3Bs:
Big Presence, Big Passion & Big “Why Sit When We Can Walk and Talk?”
Bubbly, social, creative, and completely unapologetically herself, she knows her worth — and she’s definitely not stepping away from it. She’s the person who will passionately defend an idea, challenge perspectives, and then somehow convince everyone to go on a brainstorming hike immediately after.
A psychologist working in the field of dementias, Daša combines clinical insight, research curiosity, and strong people skills with a deep passion for social impact. Long before Let Ideas Run, she was already involved in awareness campaigns, activism, and social impact projects throughout her psychology studies. Creating change was never just an interest for her — it’s naturally who she is.
Sitting still is basically impossible for Daša. She’s the queen of “walking breaks,” spontaneous movement sessions, and “okay guys, let’s go outside and think about this while hiking.” Some of the team’s best ideas probably happened and will happen halfway up a hill somewhere.
Oh — and casually? She also has an insanely cool VR pupillometry setup.
Jana — 3Bs:
Big Brain, Big Standards & Big “Okay, But What’s the Actual Plan?”
Jana is the reason the words “this could actually work” became reality. While the rest of the team floats somewhere between big visions, excitement, and creative clouds, Jana is the one calmly grounded in the middle of it all saying: “Great idea. Now let’s make it scientifically valid, technically possible, and properly organized.”
A researcher in cognitive and motivational processes and a psychology lecturer, Jana brings a level of intelligence that feels both intimidating and deeply reassuring. She casually develops fMRI analysis code, creates insanely complex research designs, and understands methodological details most people don’t even know exist. The team joke is that she already functions at postdoc level — and honestly, it barely feels like a joke.
She is deeply thoughtful, precise, and incredibly reliable — the type of person who makes you instantly relax because you know if Jana is handling something, it will be done perfectly.
But beyond the academic excellence, Jana is also the team’s travel enthusiast, elite GIF communicator, and unofficial Google Maps commander.
Let Ideas Run Mentors
Urška
Urša brings the kind of experience that instantly makes you feel like your idea might actually survive the real world. With years of work in startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the social impact ecosystem at Ljubljanski univerzitetni inkubator (LUI), she understands exactly what it takes to transform ambitious ideas into sustainable projects with real impact.
She sees potential quickly and asks the difficult questions early.
And while mentorship meetings can get intense, there’s usually one constant in the background: her dog occasionally barking during calls, unofficially becoming part of the Let Ideas Run mentoring team.
Blaž was one of the first people who truly saw the potential behind Let Ideas Run. Coming from Ljubljanski univerzitetni inkubator (LUI), he invited the team to Startup Weekend and helped transform an early-stage idea into something ‘realistic’.
As the marketing-minded person in the room, Blaž understands how to recognize stories that matter and how to communicate vision in a way that connects people.
And yes — he also has the kind of deep, calm narrator voice that makes every conversation sound unexpectedly professional.
Blaž
Coming from Impact Hub Ljubljana, Jan has spent almost two decades working in social entrepreneurship, long before the term became trendy. He carries that unmistakable Primorska-by-the-sea energy: the kind of energy that instantly lowers everyone’s stress levels by at least 30%.
His strongest areas are NGOs, nonprofit organizations, health, communication, advocacy, and sustainable development, but more than anything, he understands people and purpose-driven ideas.
He will take over the mentorship at a later stage.

Let Ideas Run supporting crew
Denis is the creative eye behind the visuals of Let Ideas Run. A talented videographer currently based in Vienna, he has the ability to turn ideas, movement, and emotion into videos that actually make people feel something.
If you ever see a sick promotional video, cinematic shots, or content that suddenly makes Let Ideas Run look ten times cooler than expected — that’s probably Denis behind the camera (and behind the editing timeline at 2 a.m.).

Sara
Sara is the beauty mastermind behind the polished side of Let Ideas Run. A professional make-up and nail artist — and, thanks to being Tanja’s sister, practically a professional at handling spontaneous ideas, last-minute changes, and energy moving at 100 km/h.
Whether preparing the team for media appearances, photos, videos, or making sure nobody looks like they just survived a marathon before the cameras start rolling, Sara makes sure Let Ideas Run looks as good as it feels.
